5.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification status. jw888 targets the following processing times, which are indicative only and not contractually guaranteed:

5.5 Currency. All transactions on the jw888 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion fees are applied by jw888 for MYR transactions.
6.1 General. jw888 offers bonuses and promotional incentives from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, and cashback offers. All such promotions are subject to the general terms set out herein and any specific terms published with the individual promotion.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. 6.4 Expiry. Bonuses that are not used or in respect of which wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the Member's account without compensation.
6.5 Modification. jw888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any ongoing promotions at the time of modification will be governed by the terms in force at the time the promotion was accepted by the Member.
7.1 Acceptance of Bets. jw888 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including where jw888 reasonably suspects an error, malfunction, or irregularity in the game or sportsbook data, or where a bet is placed in breach of these Terms.
7.2 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or game error during any gaming session, jw888 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the wagered amounts to the Member's account. jw888 shall not be liable for any losses or inconvenience resulting from such errors or malfunctions beyond the refund of the wagered stakes.
7.3 Sportsbook. All sports bets are subject to the sportsbook rules published on the Platform, which may be updated periodically. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and specific sportsbook rules, the sportsbook rules shall prevail in respect of sportsbook transactions.
